ABOUT THE POSITION.

 
  
As a Contracts Administrator, you will be assisting Projects Managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will commence working on office fitout projects valued between $600k - $2M in Sydney's CBD. You will be working a strict 5 day working week to ensure a healthy work/life balance. You will gain exposure to both site and office as well as various scale commercial and retail fitout projects.

DUTIES.
  • Prepare tender packages
  • Negotiate with contractors
  • Deliver procurement evaluations and recommendations
  • Produce reports including job financials and time management
  • Assisting PM's with forecast costing, variations scoping and pricing
  • Purchase orders management
  
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Previous experience on fitout commercial projects as a Contracts Administrator is essential
  • Completed a Tertiary qualification in a building related course
  • Outstanding time management and prioritisation ability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with Clients
