Project Engineer delivering high profile civil construction projects in Melbourne. $120k ++
The company
My client is a highly regarded Civil Construction company. They work as main contractor on jobs up to $10m OR as sub-contractor to Tier 1 & 2 contractors, across infrastructure and building projects. They have a professional outlook and only seek to employ the highest calibre of people.
Work includes civils packages on Level Crossing Removal Projects; road duplication works; construction sites; earthworks and drainage packages on Tier 1 infrastructure projects.
As Project Engineer you will join the highly skilled team and take a central role in the project team, reporting into the Project Manager and managing 1-2 Site Engineers. You will undertake standard Project Engineer duties including supervising sub-contractor activity, procurement and budgeting.

Project Engineer Requirements
- Previous experience as Project Engineer for a reputable civils’ contractor within Australia
- Demonstrable experience on civils packages such as drainage, earthworks, piling, foundations
- Successful experience managing short-term program, forecasting, procurement, managing sub-contractor activity
- A focus on H&S in line with legal requirements and ability to adopt company policy
- Basic salary of up to $120k
- Package incl. car + super
