Seeking an experienced and motivated Finishing Foreman for townhouses to join our clients growing team.
Client Details
Our client is one of Western Sydneys’ leading construction companies, established in 1997. With over 2,500 properties completed, our client has gained a significant reputation for delivering quality homes tailored for the ultimate customer experience.
Description
You will have full autonomy and will be looking after the site and our client will support you with any resources and trades needed to allow you to deliver an 'icon' in the neighbourhood. To be successful within this role:
Conduct inductions and tool box talks
• Read and interpret detailed site plans
• Coordination and liaison with consultants
• Manage and ensure WH&S requirements on site
• Coordinate/liaise suppliers
• Implementation of construction programs and weekly targets
• Assist Project Manager in the engagement and administration of subcontractors and suppliers
Profile
To be successful in this role, the following are essentials:
- You must have an acute attention to detail.
- You must also have a great attitude to work, and a driven nature in order to push along sub-contractors and achieve a superb quality outcome for the client.
- A high commitment to safety, ability to think and act proactively.
- Great communication skills to lead and coordinate sub-contractors
- A trade background will be added advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role is required.
