One of Victoria's mid-tier builders has a demo & refurb project in Geelong and requires an experienced site manager to cover for 4 weeks.

To be considered for this position you will need to demonstrate previous site management/supervisory positions within a mid-tier builder. You will be a dynamic individual with a proven ability to manage the day to day running of a demo and refurbishment.

As a highly effective organised site manager, you will be able to monitor on site sub-contractors effectively while ensuring all OH & S standards are rigorously followed.

In return you will be given unwavering support from senior management and will be given complete autonomy over site based operations. An hourly rate of $50 - $60 per hour is on offer for the right candidate.
