Site Manager / Structures Foreman

Our client is one of the fastest growing builders in Victoria.  They are continuing to buck market trends and negotiate large project after large project.  Due to the increased size of their projects they now require an experienced structures specialist on a $25M apartment project in the Eastern suburbs to run the site as 'site manager'.

The successful applicant will be a key member of the management team and report directly into the Project Manager. To be considered for this role you will need extensive previous experience on projects valued over $10M, you will require a working understanding of jump forms and tower cranes and must be technically oriented and come from a trade background and possess exceptional organisational and motivational skills.
 
We are not looking for a baby sitter, we are looking for a dynamic operator capable of really driving the structure sub-contractors, someone that is willing to roll their sleeves up and smash out a tough days work.  

In return you will be rewarded with an hourly rate of $60 per hour dependent on experience and work with a company that prides itself on a positive working environment.
