Their highly successful and experienced team now has an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join them in their success.

With support from management at all levels as well as a network of high quality and reliable trades, you will manage the entirety of your projects from conception through to hand over.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Manager in the Melbourne commercial / Industrial construction market (ESSENTIAL)
• Proven experience managing the end to end completion of commercial / industrial projects in Melbourne with values no less than $8mil
• Strong ability to lead whilst providing support to other team members
• Strong understanding and ability to manage financial aspects of project
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Degree qualification in Construction Management
