An opportunity for a motivated Payroll Officer to join a small knit Finance Team in the South East suburbs. The ideal candidate will be immediately available and join their welcoming team on a permanent full-time basis.

Description
Reporting to the General Manager, your role will include but will not be limited to the following:
- Maintain and update personnel records
- Complete payroll for 100+ employees
- Calculation and payment of superannuation and payroll tax
- Month end duties, such as reporting
- Handling staff enquiries
- Verify invoices for payments
- Process payments runs
- Bank reconciliation
Profile
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years proven experience as a Payroll Officer and previously had exposure to interpreting EBA agreements. Demonstration of organisation and ability to work as a team player is essential in this role. As this person will be expected to complete payroll and accounts payable responsibilities. Strong communication skills to liaise with different internal and external stakeholders is also necessary in this role. Experience using Sage Wage Easy would be advantageous.

- $60,000- 65,000 + super
