Company Profile 

Design & Build are working with a large well known Australian luxurious retail brand who are currently going through a growth period. With 140 stores across the nation and 10-12 new stores on their way in the next 6 months, you will be guaranteed a workplace that offers diversity, growth, success and recognition.
  
Position 

In the position as the Project Coordinator you will be reporting into the Store Development Project Manager and working part of a collaborative retail team. You will start off in a temporary role for 6 months while they roll out the new stores with the opportunity for full time offered to the right candidate.  
  
Duties and responsibilities

• 50% of time spent on repairs and maintenance, safety and loss prevention projects
• 50% Support for NSO (new store opening)
• Procurement orders, security, processing invoices, helping with budgets, data entry, following up contractors, insurances and public liability.
• Taking minutes for meetings, update NSO program, assisting with electricity connections and setting up electrical accounts
• Working on minor projects and learning about store design and construction process
• Support with contracts for new stores

You

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management/Construction Management/Architecture
• Prior experience working in a Construction or Project Management company
• Experience managing retail fitout’s preferably
• Strong communication skills
• Available for fulltime hours – Monday to Friday / 8.30am – 5.00pm
