ABOUT THE COMPANY.

ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Site Engineer, you will report directly to the Project Manager. Initially commencing employment on a luxury residential apartment development of 60 units Sydney's Lower North Shore. You will manage a team of subcontractors and organise trades by coordinating in accordance to design specifications. Strong opportunity to progress into Project Management will be offered.
DUTIES.
- Coordinate activies in line with designs
- Manage site safety and WHS
- Organise trades and subcontractors
- Liaise with Clients and Contractor
- Assisting the time, quality and cost control
- Managing contracts and variations
- Schedule scope of works
- Contracts administration duties
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Experience as a Site Engineer on residential developments $20M+
- Tertiary qualification in building discipline is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret detailed site plans
- Exposure to excavation, structures and finishes
