The Company:
Our client is a proud, contemporary Queensland Builder, known for their high end turn key residential homes. 

Experienced Client Liaison & Team Leader that is responsible for ensuring that all administrative processes, both internal and external run smoothly.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Thorough understanding of Residential Building Codes Certification , variations and permits
• Passion for client liaison and customer service
• Manage pre construction process to meet workflow targets
• Documentation and contract processing 
• Collating reports and client documentation
• Preparation and assistance of proposals 

The successful candidate must have:

• Minimum 3+ years' experience with residential volume homes in Queensland
• Exposure to Certification would be favoured
• Intermediate Level of Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Professional presentation and welcoming, friendly attitude 
• Motivated self-starter with a good work ethic
• Can work in an autonomous role
• Team Focus and Initiative
• Attention to Detail
• Professional phone manner
