This civil contractor have recently won a number of projects in the urban development space, the work is local to Brisbane and the Gold Coast regions, they are nw looking to bolsster their teams by brining on some Project Engineers who have experience in the subdivision area.
The company are a institution here in QLD, they have an excellent reputation and a list of incredible projects to their name across many areas of civil.
Working within the Urban side of the business as a Project Manager will see you involved in a range of projects including management of civil works projects, subdivisions, greenfield and brownfield projects, amongst other general urban development projects.
Reporting to the Project Manager you will be involved in:
- Financial reporting
- Site safety,
- Supervision of staff and sub-contractors as well as managing the client relationship.
- Planning and weekly programming
Skills and Experience required:
- A bachelor in Civil Engineering or Equivalent
- Previous experience working on urban development projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong experience delivering high quality projects - specifically within urban
- A sound knowledge of contractual requirements
- An ability to mentor site engineers.
