The Company 

My client is one of Australia's most reputable Builder o specialise within High Rise Residential & Commercial Build projects. 

Due to continued success and the pipeline of current and upcoming projects, this Builder is looking for an experienced structures foreman to join their site team on a recently commenced $200M commercial/apartment development.  

This builder is well known for the quality of their work and professionalism, has a reputation for delivering stunning High rise Residential projects. 

The Role 

You will be based on site at the early stages of a $200M apartment project across 4 towers in Sydney's inner west. You will be managing the civil ground works / structures and assisting the Site Managers with the delivery of the projects. 

Having just commenced work on site this is also an opportunity to be involved on site from its earliest live phase. 

Experience required 

• Extensive experience on High Rise Residential projects 
• Trade qualification as a Carpenter 
• Experience working on $50M+ Residential projects 
• 3 years’ experience as a Structures Foreman 
• Good man-management skills with the ability to motivate & drive direct & sub-contract labour 
• Highly skilled in OH&S 
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
