This company is a true industry success story, who are a leading player in the civil construction industry, working across multiple project types. Having successfully deliver many roads projects, they are now entering a new growth phase and are seeking to employ a document controller to commence immediately on a major $200m+ VicRoads project.

As a document controller, you will be responsible for the administration, update, maintenance, filing and distribution of documentation to assist the team in delivering a world class project. Working closely with the management team, you will ensure that documents are formulated correctly, provide quality feedback, review documents and ultimately ensure that all documents produced meet standards/expectations. In addition you will be responsible for registering, maintaining and distributing all incoming & outgoing documentation.

To secure this immediate contract opportunity we are seeking a candidate who has a minimum of two years experience in the engineering/construction industry in a document controllers position. In addition we are seeking a candidate with experience using a document control system, strong time management skills, a good attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Ideally you will have experience using TeamBinder to be able to hit the ground running.
