• Co-ordinate trades in designated areas.
• Responsible for the quality of finishes.
• Identify and rectify defects of finishing trades
• Coordinate materials, timely deliveries and logistic, including storage
• Induction of subcontractors & site labour
• Liaise and manage sub contractors.
• Oversee quality of workmanship and safety.
• Able to forecast and plan building activities.
• Handle all site issue, including Industrial Relations, with the Project Manager.
• Run and co-ordinate all site activities.

• Building trade background 
• Demonstrated history as Foreman on these types of jobs 
• Right to work in Australia (not requiring sponsorship)
