Growing company - 4 years ago, our client was developing approx. 50 project/custom built homes across Sydney’s west. Now, they are building close to 250 per annum and are projecting at their rate of growth to be developing over 800 homes annually by 2023.

The Position/Role:
Headquartered in Sydney’s West, this custom and project home builder is developing sites from as far as the North Shore and Northern Beaches to the Hills District and greater Western Sydney and are seeking their next Site Manager / Site Supervisor.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for all site-based activities including scheduling of works, management of trade, procurement of materials and OH&S.
The projects are mostly high-end entry level residential homes ranging between $400K - $700K.
Due to their capabilities and having sites across Sydney, they are very flexible and aim to assign sites/projects within reasonable proximity to your home - saving you on travel time.
We are looking for someone with experience overseeing and running multiple projects at a time from initial ground works to completion.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Previous Site Management / Site Supervisor experience
- Tertiary qualified in construction or related field would be highly regarded
- Previous Residential Project experience
- Solid tenure with previous, reputable, NSW builders
Salary on offer
$110K - $130K (based on experience) + Super + Fully Maintained Company Vehicle
