Reasonably young company that has been established for 25 years.
In a time of growth, they were making 50 homes and have now increased up to 250 homes in the space of 4 years. Next year expecting to build 300 homes. They want to get to 800 in the next 5 years.
They do a lot of entry level housing, Custom homes & Project homes, Duplex, Double storey homes, between $400K - $700K typically but can do more. Due to growth a new need has come up for a Site Manager to join the team!

You will Receive
1st week on the job is training, 2nd week you will go out with a supervisor. And will be working with them until they feel comfortable that you can be handed over to manage your own sites.

Flexibility
Locations are flexible - they try to locate the sites close together and somewhat close to home for the site manager.

Key Skills/Requirements
- A trade background or other tertiary qualification.
- Experience in managing on-site trades
- A minimum 4-5 years' experience managing project or custom homes in NSW.
- High level of organisational and time management skills
- Excellent knowledge of building codes and attention to detail is a must
- Ability to read drawings, specs and programmes
- Full drivers licence
