Lane Cove Council has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced and suitably qualified Principal Building Surveyor to join our team in a permanent full-time position.
Reporting directly to the Manager - Development Assessment, this role is responsible for undertaking assessment and regulatory functions set down in the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, Local Government Act, Protection of the Environment Operations Act and Council's Codes and Policies in an efficient and effective manner. Including acting as Council's principal building assessment/ fire officer.

The salary for this position will range from $89K to $98K gross per annum + superannuation, (dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable candidate).
