Company
We are working closely with a Sydney infrastructure business who have recently won an infrastructure project and would like to engage a Traffic Engineer with the ability to lead a team of Traffic professionals. In this role you will be one of the key leaders on the project and assist in the best strategy to deliver some complex works. 


Role  
As Traffic Engineer you should have the ability to negotiate critical action plans with the client and major stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing the project Traffic Management plan in conjunction with the Project Director and project team on this complex infrastructure project.
  
  

• Ensure that the approved traffic control measures are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the approved plans.
• Have a strong focus on safety and to be able to demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge alongside experience on civil construction projects.
• Have the ability to manage works around clients expectations and guidelines

 
Required:

• You should be a leader and enjoy working as part of a high performing team
• Civil Degree or equivalent
• You will be one of the respected leaders on the project and expect to set high expectations for yourself
• You should be able to manage your workload and not work ridiculous hours to deliver your work
• Prior demonstrated experience in a similar role on a major infrastructure project in Australia
