Junior Consultant
Lancaster and Dickenson Consulting (L&D) is an independent consultancy with offices in Canberra and Perth. Our company offers a range of HAZMAT and occupational hygiene services to our nation wide client base.
Due to our continued growth and current workload of our Canberra office, we are now looking to recruit junior consultant to join our company. Previous experience within the industry is not required as all on the job training would be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake training to become a licensed asbestos assessor
- Under supervision assist with building assessments (both residential and commercial) for asbestos and hazardous materials
- Producing technical reports detailing investigation, risk assessment and solutions
- Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with documented procedures and comply with our ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 accredited Quality Management System
The role may require work in rural locations and limited weekend work.

About You
The successful candidate should be eager to learn and have a great work ethic. Project management skills, excellent report writing skills and / or previous work experience would be looked upon favorable.
You should be able to work cooperatively in a team and be able to develop, maintain and strengthen business partnerships.
Rights to work in Australia and a full Australian driver’s license are essential.
