The Company: 
Our Australian Recruiting Group Client provides civil construction services across a range of industries (i.e., government, commercial, residential, more), and is offering experienced Civil Supervisors the opportunity to take a new step in their career.

The Role:
The right candidate will be focused, have strong communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. Your role will largely consist of supervising commercial civil works and working closely with subcontractors, junior, and senior staff at any given time. The full-time position will start out under a labour-hire arrangement, moving towards full-time on the hiring organisations books as arranged independently. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role;
• Civil Supervisor and/or machinery operating licenses and competencies;
• Tenure with previous organisations;
• Day to day supervision and coordination of sub-contractors;
• Demonstrated experience in the supervision of bulk earth works;
• Strong ability to manage the people and plant with safety as the key priority;
• Proven leadership, coordination and supervision of civil works;
• Ensuring works remain in line with the budget and delivery program of the Project;
• Liaising with Client representatives;
