WorkPac are currently seeking a Site Manager for a civil project in Hay, NSW.
This is an approximate 7 month project.
As Site Manager - you will be responsible for:
- Manage on site construction activities to ensure construction program is being met
- Monitor & Mentor the teams
- Ensure work is delivered to the highest standards in terms of quality, environmental and health and safety
- Manage client and stakeholder interaction during construction
The Requirements of the Site Manager - are:
- You will have experience in a similar position
- You have experience in large scale construction projects
- You will have experience with construction of water or sewer treatment facilities or similar process heavy industry with civil experience
- You will be a practical and hands-on person
- You are highly focused on Safety
- You have strong communication at all levels and a genuine passion for the construction industry and your career within the industry!
- Able to clearly communicate at all levels with site staff and our consultants
- Ability to pass a pre employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
