Our client is a very well regarded and expanding residential aged care provider with multiple facilities across the greater Melbourne area. With a commitment to the delivery of quality outcomes and service excellence, the organisation has enjoyed consistent growth and is now poised for further expansion.
Reporting directly to the CEO the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organisations homes and properties. This includes managing the building and planning functions of new developments, sales and acquisitions and the delivery of a cross section of both green field and brown field projects as approved by the Board.
The successful candidate will be tertiary qualified in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline and will have proven success in providing facilities management or development and infrastructure project management, ideally gained from within the health or aged care sectors. In addition a thorough knowledge of asset management coupled with the ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams is essential as is a sound commercial acumen, outstanding time management skills and a key desire to take a leadership role in a dynamic and expanding residential aged care provider.
