The company
Our client is a well renowned market leading Client Side Project Management Consultancy who has been established for over 20 years, they have planned and delivered a variety of major projects within the Commercial, Healthcare & Higher Education sectors.
The role
In this varied role you will be involved in all project stages from initial tender through to handover.
To be shortlisted for this role you will be required to have;
- Degree qualifications within construction, ideally Ba in Cons Management.
- Around 5 years plus post graduate experience.
- Previous Client Side PM Consultancy experience to include a proven background working on Healthcare / Hospital redevelopment projects.
- The ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong all round Project Management skills, to include early planning through to handover
In return a full time role is on offer working on a long term, stable projects. The salary package will be commensurate with experience level.
