• Well run small tier builder looking for a fit out supervisor to join their team in Blacktown
• They generally complete a lot of council and local government fit out works
• Strong pipeline of council works in the Western Suburbs

Your new role

• Experienced Site Supervisor with experience across construction and fitout is required
• Oversee different trades and subcontractors on site and ensure work is carried out to a high level
• Ensure all work OHS issues are adhered to
• Strong interpersonal skills and manage expectations of all stakeholders
• Strong support from a well structured team

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous Experience of working on projects up to $am
• Proven record of delivering projects on time and on budget
• The desire to join a leading company and have a real impact on where the companies future lies.
