• Junior Contract Administrator - $20m Residential Project - 75 Units
• Site Location - Punchbowl, NSW - Excavation Finished.
• Salary - $70k - $90k D.O.E - Immediate Start - Site Based Role

Immediate opportunity for an Junior Contract Administrator to work on a $20m apartment project in Punchbowl, NSW. 

An established mid-tier builder/developer with 25 years experience in the industry, specialists in high end apartment construction and have a strong pipeline of future developments.

Opportunity to work on a project from the beginning as excavation has just finished, progression on to the next stages of the project on the same site.

In this role reporting to the Project Manager, working as a CA your duties will include but not limited be to;

• Confidently let several different subcontractor packages throughout the project life cycle.
• Experience working for a mid-tier or established Australian builder in Sydney.
• Familiar with costing software, such as Cheops, Jobpac etc
• Cost reporting and forecasting
• Working on Design and Construct projects
• Assess progress claims and subcontract payments
• Manage Sub-Contractor Variations

To be suitable for this position, it is expected that candidates will possess the following;

• Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator
• Must have worked for an established Australian Contractor
• Proficient use of costing softwares such as, Jobpac, Timberline etc
• Ideally worked on projects in the residential construction sector 
• Worked on projects in excess of $20M
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar preferred
