The Company:

$5m -$60m so you will get exposure to both large and smaller projects.

The Role:

• Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedule
• Review tenders received for conformity to contract requirements, negotiate terms with subcontractors, ascertain financial stability of subcontractors, and make procurement re commendations to Project Administrators.
• Progress claim assistance and external variations 
• Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts 
• Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
• Administration of RFI's

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Australian Local experience in a CA role working on commercial projects with a local builder
• A proven record of working on mixed Commercial or high projects in Australia from $5m - $60m
• Knowledge of the melbourne construction market and subcontractors 
• Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills 
• You must be an Australian citizen or a permanent resident
