ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

In this Design Manager role you will have thew opportunity to work through the entire project lifecycle.  Starting in the pre-contracts team you will help with delivering value management options and buildability / construction methodology for tenders.  Once a tender is won you will take the IP you gained during the tender and work with the project team to ensure design compliance, manage client and consultants relationships and resolve any design issues on site.  If you like to be involved in all aspects of a project this is a great opportunity to do just that.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

Due to the nature of the projects they undertake it would be preferred, but not essential, for the person to have experience with a Top Tier or upper Mid Tier contractor working on large complex Government and/or institutional projects in both the tender and delivery phases.
