  The company

  We are a residential boutique builder specializing in multi-unit developments and custom built homes, located in Spearwood. We are seeking a customer focused individual to join our team in the role of Prestart Consultant/Administration officer.

  Key Responsibilities

• Prestart meetings with clients

• Liaising with clients throughout the construction process

• Action on variation documents

• Liaising with site supervisors

• Meeting clients for key handover

• Additional office administration tasks

Essential skills and experience

• Previous experience as a Prestart Consultant is essential

• Ability to assist our clients with selections and documents accordingly

• Excellent communicator and team attitude

• Must present well and have all the necessary charisma and confidence to interact with our clients

• Ability to problem solve

• High attention to detail

• HIA Prestart consultant and Contract Administrator's courses (or other) highly regarded.
