The Opportunity
Our client is an accomplished South Australian builder, specialising in construction, fitout and refurbishment projects. With capabilities for both small and larger projects across public and private sectors, this contractor is dedicated to creating long term relationships that are built around foundations of flexibility, transparency and solid communication. With further expansion, they are now seeking a Project Manager to join their friendly and driven team.
Your New Role
Working on projects up to $10mil, you will possess previous Project Management experience and be confident in managing full project life cycles. Your responsibilities and duties will include, but not be limited to, ensuring safety, quality and budget standards are upheld, liaising with clients, subcontractors and staff and building professional relationships. You will be dedicated to ensuring projects progress on schedule without compromising on quality. Previous experience across a variety of construction sectors will enable you to jump straight into this role. You have the chance to join an organisation during an exciting growth phase, and really make a real difference to shape the company. This is a role that has great opportunity for growth.
The Like Mind
3 years+ previous experience as a Project Manager is essential, as are appropriate tertiary qualifications. You will have ideally worked within a Tier 3/Tier 2 environment and possess a thorough understanding of technical processes and construction methods. Outstanding communication ability is a must and you will be a keen problem solver who enjoys creating solutions that may be out of the box. This role is the perfect chance for someone who is looking to grow within a business and further their Project Management experience.
