ABOUT THE COMPANY.
This Local Government Organisation has an opening in their team of 6 for a Project Manager. This team specialises in roads, subdivision and stormwater drainage projects. They are highly committed in delivering their Client's projects on time at a high level of quality. This position will be an initial 6 month contract.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
The successful candidate will be working alongside Project Engineers and Contract Administrators. You will engage and manage Consultants for concept and detailed design. A strong focus on Quality Assurance and Quality Control is required.
DUTIES.
- Programming and scheduling of work
- Coordination with consultants and developers
- Management of construction activities on/off site
- Management of time, cost and quality of projects
- Implementation of OH&S, progress and cost reporting
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Multiple end to end project experience
- A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Excellent leadership, communication and management skills
- Proven experience with NSW roadworks and subdivision projects
