About the Role:
Do you prefer FIFO roles and actually seeing the construction process out on site? This terrific position as Project Engineer will have you based on a MRWA road construction project in WA, where you will be working on a FIFO 15/6 roster ex-Perth. You will work supporting the Project Manager to coordinate design changes, address TQs, monitor quality, safety and cost, provide onsite supervision of subcontractors and manage contract variations and claims, among your tasks. This is a permanent position offering CIRCA $170K (total package), starting ASAP.
Skills & Experience & Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering
- 5-8 years post graduate Site/Project Engineer experience in Australia for Civil Contractors
- Proven success as an all-round Site/Project Engineer for civil contractors on MRWA road construction projects in the $10-30M range
- Previous FIFO experience is preferred
- Excellent all-round communication skills, with a great attitude and work ethic
- Perth based with existing rights to live and work in Australia
