Manage and deliver the construction of new homes across North West Sydney for a reputable family run business established in 2011.

The Company
 
My client are a privately own, family run business based in Baulkham Hills, established back in 2011, currently delivering 150 homes per year. They pride themselves in offering a supportive and flexible working environment, giving their staff the tools they need to successfully deliver.
The Role
 
Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing approx. 15-20 homes all of which are located around Kellyville / Schofields, mix of single and double storey all within 3 or 4 streets of each other. You will operate Onsite Companion to manage workflow, task scheduling and document management.
 
Duties to include:

• Manage all phases of construction from ground to completion, reporting back to the Operations Manager
• Interpret building plans, engineer reports, specifications and codes of practice
• Schedule and coordinate trades on multiple job sites
• Maintain high level of paperwork, invoices, job programs
• Site inspections to assess progress and follow up on sub-contractors
• Quality check all work
• Maintain professional relationships with clients

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Supervisor role for a Project Home Builder
• Trade / Builder background
• Proven ability to operate Onsite Companion
• Technically minded with great understanding of the building process
• Ability to support and manage subcontractors keeping a positive relationship
• A solid base of reliable and proven trades
• Excellent organisation skills
• Demonstrate a high level of OH&S and QA knowledge
