We are offering an exciting new opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join Georgiou. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Building business unit. You will be joining a highly experienced team, working on exciting and innovative Georgiou projects including commercial, industrial, and multi-storey high rises.

What we are seeking:

  • 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role within the building industry, including commercial, and multi-storey buildings
  • Previous experience in systems, such as Timberline, HRIS, QHEST, Anterra BI and PowerOlap
  • Demonstrated experience in leading commercial negotiations with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Outstanding organisation, communication and IT skills
  • Degree in Construction Management or quantity surveying is desirable
  • Strong desire to grow and develop your career in a building construction environment

What to expect in this role:

  • Manage all cost and contractual matters ensuring project costs, revenues, claims, and supplier agreements are administered
  • Provide clear and concise information to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain good working relationships with clients and subcontractors while negotiating and managing the head contract and subcontractors for the project
  • Influence and lead others in the team to produce high quality project outcomes
  • Ensure that delivered products comply with contract specifications and recording and reporting on any non-conformances
  • Ensure that the project complies with Georgiou HSEQ systems, policies, standards and procedures
