A forward thinking commercial builder who has been a fundamental part of the WA market place for over 50 years. They have exceptional client, sub-contractor and supplier relationships and they consistently deliver projects of an extraordinarily high quality.
They work on a range of commercial projects including schools, hospitals, industrial, institutional, sporting and recreation facilities and have a strong pipeline of work for 2018.
They are currently looking for a new Senior Contract Administrator to join their experienced and professional team. This person will be based reporting into an experienced Project Manager.
Your Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications; Construction Management & Economics/Quantity Surveying/Engineering
- Previous experience running your own commercial building projects $25m+ from start to finish
- Min 8-10 years' experience working as a CA for a commercial builder
- Local experience and developed relationships with consultants, clients, sub contractors and suppliers is essential
