Graduate Site Engineer

This advert is aimed at entry level civil engineers. When I say entry level I mean post grad by no more than a couple of years however you must have worked for a civil contractor in NSW on RMS projects. Someone who understands the specifications of the client but has yet to deliver fully on a project up to $10million. That should apply to a decent amount of you.
 
 
What will separate those who can from those who can’t is the persona and traits of leaders. The ambition to reach great heights but the grounding to know that it doesn’t just come with a title and pay rise and that you must do the practical to get the experience.
 
 
Those are the engineers I am after. Those who seek to learn from peers and managers, gain experience from asking, listening and then doing, comfortable that the support is there and not afraid to put their hand up.
 
 
In return, there’s $80k as a base salary but more importantly, lots of opportunities to develop, progress and learn in a well-structured business full of industry star performers who’s aim is to help not hinder its future leaders.
