Experienced commercial Project Manager needed for large retail project based in Castle Hill
Your new company
Operating for over 20 years this Tier 2 construction company have a fantastic track record across large commercial projects in Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane. Focusing on Fit Out and Refurbishment predominately in the commercial space this company pride themselves on delivered large projects to a high standard.
Your new role
As a Project Manager you will:
- Be exposed to some of the best construction managers in the business
- You will be supported to deliver high end complex fitout projects for blue chip clients
- You will be accountable for all aspects of these projects from meeting clients at pre tender meetings through to procurement of subcontractors and project handover at its completion
- You will ensure the project is successful and profitable
What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in construction management or similar
Experience within construction as either a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for at least 5 years - Ideally you will have worked on a range of fitout and refurbishment projects
- You will enjoy the fast paced nature of these works along with the complex challenges that they present
- Exceptional communication skills and personal presentation are critical along
- An understanding of project profitability and construction methodologies.
