As part of their strategic expansion plans and recent project wins they are now seeking to appoint an up and coming Foreman/Site Manager to join the team. With upcoming projects in Melbourne, this is an ideal opportunity for a construction professional seeking to join an up and coming group that is making its mark. As a Foreman/Site Manager with this group, you will work closely with one of the company Directors, but will have full responsibility for the planning, organising and managing the overall site including:
- Site control trade coordination
- Works and program planning
- Induction and safety analysis
- Material purchase
- OH&S and day to day management of IR
- Client, subcontractor and stakeholder management
- Certification of occupancy
This is a fantastic role for an individual with a strong track record at Leading Hand or Foreman level who has strong experience in Fit out and refurb, experience in Retail is preffered but not a must. An attractive hourly rate is available at $70-75 per hour + super.
