North West Sydney based residential builder looking for a self-starting Construction Manager

Your new company
This home builder is quickly growing and is looking for a detail oriented Operations Manager. They are looking for someone driven and detail oriented to join the hard working team. They are searching for a driven Operations Manager to come in and manage the admin, pre-construction, sales, estimating and drafting teams.


Your new role
You will be responsible for all of the operations teams, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently as the company continues to grow. You will be managing the client facing teams as well as the estimating and drafting teams put under your management. You will be reporting to the company’s General Manager.

What you'll need to succeed
You have experience managing teams within the residential construction space. You consider yourself a very driven and motivated individual who is results-oriented. You are excited by the prospect of joining a fast growing project home builder that will allow you significant career progression opportunities.
