About the Role:
AGC is currently executing a brown fields services contract for one of the world's largest Energy producers.
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Turnaround Manager to join the team in Perth to lead all planned and reactive turnaround activities.
Working across multiple LNG assets in Western Australia, we are providing a range of services from workforce through to Project Management, on SMP, PIF, scaffolding and rope access scopes of work
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overall responsibility for field execution of maintenance services in a live LNG facility
- Provide front line management and supervision
- Phase 5 Detailed Planning, work packing and overseeing execution of LNG Train shutdowns
- Execution risk review and mitigation plans
- Identification of pre-work activities
- Steering the recruitment teams to identify the best pool of candidates to execute the works
- Ensure work teams are operating in accordance with legislative requirements and that OHS and environmental management are in line with client requirements.
- Liaise with client representatives regarding technical queries, inspections and work scheduling
- Implement QA techniques to ensure flawless delivery
- Prepare and submit various reports to AGC and Client, including execution plans, productivity, safety and quality updates
- Developing cost estimates and manning histograms
Experience in the following areas is necessary for a successful application:
- Extensive demonstrable experience in both minor and major turnaround events
- Relevant qualification
- Strong experience in Insulation and Scaffolding in an Oil & Gas brown fields environment
- Good understanding of coatings

- Strong safety leadership and track record of leading teams with a positive safety culture
