Based at our new state of the art office, Melbourne Quarter, close to Southern Cross station.

The Lendlease User Experience team provide project management, design and construction services to our national and multi-national corporate clients across broad property portfolios. We have transformed the performance of our clients’ people and places across a diverse, multi sector portfolio, including: commercial, retail, banking, fuel, education, retirement and aged care projects.

As a Project Engineer (can be equivalent to a Project Manager in some other construction companies) with Lendlease this role will see you managing and resolving the detail design for the project, mentor less experienced site engineers whilst managing subcontractors and service suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This will involve developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, as well as the Quality Management Plan.

Construction management or engineering qualifications, supported by experience in a delivery team on major construction / building projects as a Project Engineer or similar will be essential. You will need good all-round experience including ideally some front-end experience and delivery of fit out / refurbishment projects. Proven leadership skills will also be key as will a passion for safety, quality and sustainability.
