A career opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a successful, well established Mid-Tier building contractor based in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley.

The Company
Privately owned and operating for over 20 years in South East Queensland, this company has kept their finger on the pulse by diversifying into different sectors for a range of clients over the years. These days mostly building exclusively for their sister development company.
You will be working in a colourful, open plan office with direct and respectful colleagues, all looking to pull projects in the same direction.
From ad hoc lunches in local restaurants for everyone in the office to planned team building activities outside of work hours, the company has a very inclusive management style for all of their staff. There is always cold beer in the fridge for the end of a hard day’s work.

The role
You will be performing conventional CA duties for a main contractor but in an unconventional environment, working side by side and in close partnership with the company’s development arm, nipping any issues in the bud before they have a negative effect on a project.

Required experience and background
Ideally you will already have 2-5 years experience working as a Contracts Administrator for another main contractor and will have a variety of projects up to $10M under your belt. Both New Build and Fit Out project experience is preferred as is a good understanding of the developer’s point of view on projects.
