We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable "Supervisor" to lead a crew of hardworking concreters, formworkers and labourers.
This is a fulltime permanent job working for our client; a stable and well known civil engineering company that has developed a reputation for successfully delivering challenging projects in a safe manner, and enabling solutions to be developed and implemented.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following;
- Have previous supervisory experience within the civil industry (leading a team of workers)
- Experience and knowledge of paving, barrier and walls
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- A full drivers licence
- Be able to pass a full medical including drug and alcohol (random testing also)
- Experience working on major civil projects
Our client works on the major government projects in Sydney as well as regional government projects so the ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a similar role.
