My Client are a growing company with a turnover circa $100 million. Priding themselves on staff retention, they provide a work/life balance and a family like environment within their company. With a growing order book across a variety of projects, but focusing on more Government Buildings including Schools, Hospitals, Police & Fire Stations, they are happy to take on a New Build and a Refurb/Fit-Out project up to $40 million.

Usually within the $1- $10 million project space, they are looking for good staff who are comfortable in this environment, within these specific projects and their size. Geographically this position is based in Inner West and valuing their employees, try to locate people in a sensible location to their home. They work across most of NSW, in particular Western Sydney, the Southern Shire and Inner West.

• Previous Site Management experience, preferably in Sydney
• Experience in projects up to the value of $5 million, experience in Healthcare or Government works an advantage
• At least 5 years experience
• Trade Background preferred
• Enthusiasm and a Driven attitude is essential
• Excellent communication skills

Duties:
 
Duties include ensuring all construction is executed in accordance to Health & Safety procedures, to establish and implement site systems and controls consistent with company and project requirements. You will need to prepare scopes of work and ensure all relevant information concerning specifications are conveyed to the construction team in a timely and accurate manner. You will also be required to oversee & supervise subcontractor / labour on site.
