About the Company


Having been established over 50 years ago, this mid-tier construction company is looking to expand their c Site Staff, due to recent project wins. As a company that is able to offer their client’s services from inception through to completion they are an experienced outfit that is currently working in a variety of sectors - commercial, retail, fast food they have been going from strength to strength within South East Queensland.

They are now looking for Site Managers with building construction experience to join their teams.

About the Role

As a Site Manager/2IC, you will be reporting to the Senior Site Manager on a project requiring 2 supervision staff and be responsible for managing the short term program of work, subcontractor management, liaising with clients and other stakeholders, as well as managing the day to day activities on site.

You will be responsible for managing quality control, health and safety along with keeping the project within the timescale and budget.

About You

The successful candidate for this position will have the following qualities:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects across retail and commercial
• Trade background
• Longevity with past employers
• Strong knowledge in commercial construction methodologies with some time spent in the retail D&C space
