A Cadet/ Contract Administrator is sought by an established Tier 3 Builder in South Sydney to work alongside a Project Manager on commercial, education and hospitality construction projects from $1 million to $5 million.

Essential requirements:

• A Degree Construction Management/ or in final year of the degree
• CA experience with a principal contractor
• A proven history working with an established Builder in Sydney, with local market knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Intelligent, ambitious and highly motivated
• Experience in managing contracts over $500k
• Keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy
• Procurement and programming knowledge
• Keen to develop and learn
