We need someone with the ambition, drive and enthusiasm to take on this Estimator role.  You will be working for a respected Project Homes builder in Brisbane.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparing job files for Production Estimates
• Produce detailed take-offs
• Maintain and update items and pricing of estimating templates
• Liaise with clients, supervisors, builders throughout the build process
• Interpretation of client variations
• Liaise with drafting
• Meet with clients to discuss best outcomes
• Assist with Sales Estimating when required
• Ensuring all reporting is kept up to date

The Successful Candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years local experience as an Production Estimator in QLD
• High level of DATABUILD exposure
• Tertiary building qualification would be advantageous
• Analytical skills - ability to interpret technical drawings
• Excellent time management & communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail
