GJ Gardner Homes Melbourne North East are seeking a full time Project Manager for our custom homes. The role requires.

About the Role

Due to on-going growth of the business and the team, we are seeking a well-presented, self-motivated person for the position of Project Manager/Supervisor.  The role requires the management of the successful completion of custom homes from the lock up phase to final handover. 

Reporting to the director, this position is integral in turning vision into reality for our clients through your superior customer service, scheduling and attention to detail skills. This position is the primary point of contact for clients during the build stage of the project and is responsible for the overall execution and quality finish of the home.

Working in a challenging but rewarding environment, supported by a strong administration and management team, your day to day duties include:

• Scheduling and meeting trades on site. 
• Managing schedules of trades.
• Proactively resolving build issues, liaising with clients weekly & as required.
• Sole point of contact for Client from Lock up phase to completion.

About You

To be considered for the role, ideally you will:

• Have a minimum trade or tertiary qualification in construction.
• Have experience in site supervision & or project management of residential home’s in the $500k to $1.5M range.
• Have great attention to detail.
• Customer service orientated.
• Well versed in new homes contracts.
• Extremely disciplined in administration.
• Computer skills are a must.
• Be a team player.
• Be able to stick to strict schedules and resolve all site issues.
