Your new company
Hays Construction are recruiting an experienced intermediate level Contract Administrator for a builder who have developed into one of Sydney's most attractive construction companies. With a fantastic management team and an ambitious growth strategy this company is one to watch as it establishes itself in the upper mid-tier market in Sydney.
Your new role
As Senior Contract Administrator you are:
- Responsible for supporting an experienced Senior Contract Administrator.
- Excellent at hitting commercial and budgetary targets.
- In charge of managing both head contract and subcontract.
- Able to produce accurate cost reports and forecasts.
- Proactive with coordinating and managing the subcontractors
- Lead a team and drive them forward
What you'll need to succeed
The successful Senior Contract Administrator will:
- Have relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Have at least 1 large residential development in your project portfolio.
- Have solid technical knowledge of the construction process.
- Have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Minimum of 7 + years’ experience in Sydney is essential.
