About the Company
We are representing a Company with extensive experience in the building industry, providing a superior level of service in the High Rise Residential market. They have been trading for over 30 years in the medium & high rise residential construction markets with a number of well recognised projects in and around Sydney. Their positive and professional nature guarantees success in the execution of projects, as well as providing support to allow growth in your career.
About the Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager you will employ your unique set of skills and experiences to manage your daily tasks with a high level of autonomy. It will be split between office and site based and working with strong site managers and supporting project team
- Responsible for the overall management of projects and project staff
- End to end management of projects from pre-project planning to project close out
- Resolving Conflicts and Negotiating with Others - Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
- Thorough knowledge of all design and construct specifications
- Dealing directly with design teams, clients, engineers, architects, essential service utilities, etc. throughout the duration of the project.
About You
Not only will you have a proven history as a Project Manager in High Rise projects in Sydney, you will also be driven to make projects a success. You will use your expertise to lead the team, manage the project end to end, whilst liaising and building a relationship with the design teams, services, engineers, subcontractors etc. You will need to use your previous experience to resolve issues, disputes, conflicts and complaints, to ensure the project runs efficiently.
