PJL Group are a highly respected and recognised market leader for their range of expert services to major Mining and Construction Company's Australia wide.  Now in a planned growth expansion commitment we wish to appoint a Degree qualified Graduate Engineer with either a Structural or Civil qualification to work in a development role within our Project Management Office.  Our service and customer focus is exceptionally high in solving the many problems associated with difficult situations and conditions on construction projects which is the reason for the continuing demand by clients.

To be successful in this role you must be qualified and have Drafting CAD experience (Auto CD and Auto Desk Inventor preferred).  Competent engineering problem solving and calculation skills complimented by a Flexible "Can Do" attitude and work ethic are desirable.  A practical rather than academic preference is important.

Superior communication skills both written and verbal are essential and being a full team member and player is critical.  A focus and ability to prioritise tasks is a "Must Have" and an energetic and flexible disposition to all tasks is key.
